Ré island, is also an island of culture and flavours. Its rich patrimony, Vauban’s fortifications and the whiteness of traditional houses will be here to please visitor’s discovery. On the flavour side, Ré’s gastronomy is based on earth and sea : oysters, salt, salicornia, wine and potatoes make producers and restaurants’s reputation.
